My different formats between mat pilates and H.I.I.T. pilates strengthens and lengthens the muscles, all while burning fat.🔥
Depending on your goals, I recommend practicing anywhere from two to four times a week for the best results.
All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will always be available.
